It is our goal at The Event Station to help you create and host the most successful event possible. Because our client’s needs can vary so much, we offer several different rental options.
In addition to our facility rental, we offer everything from a “do it yourself” event to a fully catered event including linens and decorations to help you and your group experience a hassle free event.

We offer different hourly rates to accommodate your desired event, date, time, and schedule. Unlike many other event venues, our rates include the final cleaning fee and trash disposal. Our facility rental rates also include setup and breakdown of chairs and tables for up to 50 people.
- Monday-Thursday (all day): $100/hr, 4hr minimum
- Friday (before 4:00pm): $100/hr, 4hr minimum
- Friday (after 4:00pm): $150/hr, 4hr minimum
- Saturday (before 4:00pm): $150/hr, 4hr minimum
- Saturday (after 4:00pm): $200/hr, 4hr minimum
- Sunday (after 12:00pm): $150/hr, 4hr minimum (NOTE: The Event Station is not open for events before 12:00pm on Sunday.)
