Rent The Event Station on Marietta Street

We offer an exceptional value for an affordable cost.

It is our goal at The Event Station to help you create and host the most successful event possible. Because our client’s needs can vary so much, we offer several different rental options.

Capacity (up to 125 people)

Our facility consists of two architecturally unique indoor rooms, a covered outdoor area and adjoining (fenced) open air area with roll up doors leading into the building. For meetings, we can hold up to 50 people in seminar style seating. A 72″ LCD screen and state of the art sound system are available for use. By using both indoor areas, we can seat up to 70 guests with round or banquet tables. For a cocktail-style or social event where guests will be mostly mingling and moving around, we can accommodate up to 125 guests by utilizing all four areas.


A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit will be required to reserve a date, which will be applied to your final balance. A $250 security deposit is also due with the final balance. This security deposit is refundable, provided that no damages were incurred as a result of rental and that no charges for excessive cleaning are necessary.

Final Payment Terms

The 50% balance for rental fees and any other agreed upon event service costs is due 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the rental date, the full $250 damage deposit will be returned, however the 50% reservation deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 61-90 days of the rental date, half of the deposit will be forfeited to The Event Station and half will be refunded to the client.

Facility Rental Rates

We offer different hourly rates to accommodate your desired event/date/time/schedule. Unlike many other event venues, our rates include the final cleaning fee and trash disposal. Our facility rental rates also include setup and breakdown of chairs and tables for up to 50 people.

  • Monday-Thursday (all day): $100/hr, 4hr minimum
  • Friday (before 4:00pm)$100/hr, 4hr minimum
  • Friday (after 4:00pm)$150/hr, 4hr minimum
  • Saturday (before 4:00pm): $150/hr, 4hr minimum
  • Saturday (after 4:00pm): $200/hr, 4hr minimum
  • Sunday (after 12:00pm): $150/hr, 4hr minimum (NOTE: The Event Station is not open for events before 12:00pm on Sunday.)
