We offer an exceptional value for an affordable cost.

It is our goal at The Event Station to help you create and host the most successful event possible. Because our client’s needs can vary so much, we offer several different rental options.

Event Services

We offer the different hourly rates to accommodate your desired event/date/ time/schedule. Unlike many other event venues, our rates include the final cleaning fee, trash disposal and easy access to free parking. Our rates also include chairs and tables for up to 50 people.

The Event Station is one of Atlanta’s most unique event facilities. Contact us to tour the building and find out what everyone is talking about!

Facility Rental Rates (4 hour minimum)

Monday-Thursday: $125 per hour

  • Friday: $200 per hour

  • Saturday: $250 per hour

  • Sunday (after 12:00pm): $200 per hour (NOTE: The Event Station is not open for events before 12:00pm on Sunday.)

Cancellation Policy
The CLIENT/DESIGNATED RESPONSIBLE PERSON must provide a dated, written request for cancellation.


• If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the rental date, the 50% reservation deposit will be forfeited by CLIENT/DESIGNATED RESPONSIBLE PERSON to The Event Station. If cancellation occurs within 61-90 days, half of the reservation deposit will be forfeited to The Event Station and the other half will be refunded to the CLIENT/DESIGNATED RESPONSIBLE PERSON.
• If the security deposit has been collected, it will be refunded to the CLIENT/DESIGNATED RESPONSIBLE PERSON to the address listed on the contract.
• No refunds will be offered when the event is cancelled by The Event Station due to the CLIENT/DESIGNATED RESPONSIBLE PERSON’S noncompliance with terms and conditions, including the final payment policy stated above.
• Full refund will be issued if The Event Station, LLC voluntarily has to cancel an event for any reason.
